Hatha Yoga Teacher Training

The Shambhava School of Yoga offers life-changing teacher training programs at our retreat center in Kona, Hawaii! Our unique programs, offered year round, are designed to provide students with a comprehensive, transformative yoga experience. We offer a total immersion experience. Our training programs are registered nationally with the Yoga Alliance.

The Shambhava School of Yoga Teacher Training program will prepare you to teach classic asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and powerful meditation techniques. Our goal is to help you develop the foundation and discipline of practice that will foster your inner growth as a practitioner and teacher of yoga · a foundation that will serve you in all areas of your life.

Immerse yourself in the practice of yoga with the experience of living in an ashram, a functioning spiritual community: it is something you will always treasure. As you learn and grow here, resident yogis welcome you into their home, cooking meals, teaching classes, and offering friendship and support.
