An Entirely New Path for Creative Movement Sequencing!
It can be challenging to stay motivated on your mat, which is a why having a technique for generating new and exciting movement sequences is an important skill for all of us to acquire in order to keep our practice fresh and rejuvenating. This method was develop over years of work, culminating in a unique approach to sequencing that takes you methodically through all body levels and mat positions every time to take time to practice.
Meals
During the Dance of Shakti Retreat, meals are designed to fuel your creative energy and support the depth of your practice. Three nourishing vegetarian meals are prepared daily by the resident kitchen team, using fresh, local, and organic ingredients whenever possible. Breakfasts often feature tropical fruits, oatmeal, or homemade granola. Lunch and dinner bring hearty, balanced dishes — think Mediterranean-style falafel, quinoa burgers, and warming soups. All meals are vegetarian, with vegan and lactose-free options available. Food here is prepared with care and shared communally — it's part of the practice.
