Enjoy the ocean from the deck

Immerse yourself into Ashram life and a community of dedicated yogic practitioners. There are usually between 4 - 6 people living at the ashram at any time. Accommodations are single or double occupancy with shared bathrooms. All utilities, necessities and comforts will be provided to make your stay at Konalani nourishing and enjoyable.

3 vegetarian meals per day also provided. When there are no meals prepared, volunteers may heat leftovers or prepare their own meal with the provided food.

It includes:

  • Yoga deck

  • Transportation

Daily Schedule:

6:00AM - 7:00AM : Morning Practice (Guru Gita, Kirtan, Mantra, Meditation)

7:00AM - 8:00AM : Breakfast

8:00AM - 12:00PM : Morning Seva

12:00PM - 1:00PM : Lunch

1:00PM - 4:00PM : Afternoon Seva

On Certain Weekdays: 3:00PM - 4:00PM : Program (Yoga, philosophy, Satsang, Art)
