200 Hour Yoga Training Hawaii & Online Rates & Accommodations
Our training is intentionally priced to be one of the most economical options in Hawai‘i, with healthy meals and accommodations fully included. In an island location where retreat costs are often two to three times higher than the mainland, we’ve worked hard to keep our rates fair, transparent, and accessible for those who feel called to train in a lineage-based setting.
-
At Konalani, tuition covers all training sessions, 16 nights of accommodations, three hearty vegetarian meals a day, and full participation in the rhythm of ashram life. You’ll receive daily yoga, meditation, breathwork, philosophy, practice teaching, and personalized guidance from experienced teachers—all supported by a community grounded in authentic yogic tradition.
-
Most 200-hour trainings in Hawai‘i charge similar rates for tuition alone—then add housing, food, and retreat-center fees on top. At Konalani, your tuition already includes 16 nights of lodging, three nourishing meals a day, and full access to an authentic ashram environment. This keeps your training simple, transparent, and all-inclusive.
-
Hawai‘i is one of the most expensive places in the U.S. to run a retreat, with food, utilities, and land costs far higher than the mainland. Even so, we’ve worked hard to keep our rates fair and accessible for dedicated students. Our intention is simple: to make high-quality, lineage-based training available to more people—not just those who can afford luxury retreat pricing.

Private / Shared Tent
-
Our private canvas cabin tents are spacious, simple, and comfortable—perfect for those who want quiet and personal space while still enjoying the beauty of Hawaiʻi. Each tent is a 10×10 canvas structure with about 7 feet of headroom at the peak and roughly 100 square feet of interior space. They are fully waterproof, well-ventilated, and include a covered canvas lanai that lets air move even during rain. Inside you’ll find a twin bed on a raised frame with full bedding, a vinyl floor, and a small dresser for personal items. Tents are located just 60–100 feet from the main house across a soft lawn, making bathroom and shower access easy at any hour. Hawaiʻi has no dangerous wildlife, and tents are thoroughly cleaned before each guest; keeping your tent zipped ensures a comfortable and safe experience.
-
Our shared cabin tents are the most economical option and offer a bright, airy, and grounded environment for two participants. These tents are larger—about 140 square feet—with two twin beds, each with its own nightstand/dresser. They are fully waterproof with excellent airflow and tall ceilings that create a spacious feel. As with private tents, they are located close to the main house for quick access to bathrooms and showers. Sharing a tent creates a special sense of connection—many students become close friends through this simple, retreat-style living. This option works best for participants who feel comfortable sharing a space and enjoy companionship throughout the training.
-
Choose a private tent if you recharge in solitude, want a quiet personal space between sessions, or know you prefer having your own environment. Choose a shared tent if you’re easygoing, enjoy connection, and feel comfortable living closely with another participant. Shared tents are not recommended for anyone who snores or is a light sleeper, so that both roommates can rest well. Tenting in Hawaiʻi is a beautiful way to experience the land—simple, peaceful, and close to nature, while still being just steps from the main facilities in a safe, gated environment.

Our shared bedrooms are bright, simple, and thoughtfully arranged to support comfort and calm. Each room includes two twin beds with full bedding, air conditioning, strong natural light, overhead fans, a desk for journaling or study, and plenty of closet space. Sacred art from our lineage adds warmth and inspiration. These rooms are located on the same level as the shared bathrooms, making access easy and convenient.
-
You’ll share this space with one fellow yogi—just two people per room. Many students find that sharing a room adds a special layer of connection to the training. You’re not only learning side by side, you’re sharing a sacred, supportive space that often leads to friendships that last long after the program ends. Choose this option if you enjoy community, feel comfortable sharing, and appreciate the chance to connect with someone walking the same path.
-
A shared room is a great fit if you’re easygoing, enjoy meeting new people, and don’t mind close quarters. It’s not recommended for anyone who snores, or for very light sleepers, so everyone can get the rest they need. If you’re used to dorm-style environments, retreats, or simply enjoy the camaraderie that comes from shared living, this option is a wonderful choice.

There is plenty of closet space for your belongings, and the rooms are located on the same level as the shared bathrooms for easy access. Sacred art from the ashram adds a warm and uplifting touch to the space.
-
A private room is ideal if you know you recharge best with personal space, appreciate quiet evenings, or simply want a place to retreat between sessions. It offers the comfort of closing the door, taking personal downtime when you need it, and moving through the training at your own pace. If you’re used to having your own room at home, this option will feel like a natural match.
-
We strongly recommend the private room for anyone who snores, those who are light sleepers, or those who feel more grounded with extra space around them. Having a private room ensures everyone in the training gets the rest they need—both you and your peers. It’s also the best choice for students who value quiet personal time or want an environment that supports deeper reflection and steady self-care.
