5 Minute Mini Flows
Aloha! This Post contains a variety of 5-minute yoga sequences that you will use to begin each of your lessons for the 30 day commitment. So remember to come to this post first, do a 5 minute movement with us, then go on to the lesson for the day.
The video below is a “playlist” which means that it is regularly being updated with new sequences. You can scroll through the sequences by clicking the top right icon that has three horizontal lines.
The goal of these 5 minute sequences is to give you a quick and effective movement practice that can get you breathing deeper, draw your awareness to the present, and relax your nervous system to allow for better comprehension of your learning materials. You are always welcome to repeat the sequences beyond the 5 minute video, or add your own movements to the practice.
Each sequence has a little different emphasis depending on the kind of day you are having and what would serve you the most. Are you doing your lesson at the end of the day and need a little pick-me-up? Try the energizing sequence. Are you feeling stressed and need to bring it down a little? We’ve got a sequence for that too. Enjoy!
Note: Because Day 19, 23 and 24 have a little extra online learning, you might choose to skip yoga on those days to keep the session under 30 minutes.
