1. Tuition Refund Policy:

• Once a student has commenced the Yoga Teacher Training Program at Konalani Yoga Ashram, the tuition becomes non-refundable.

• This policy applies regardless of the reason for discontinuing the program, including personal circumstances, medical reasons, or any other unforeseen events.

2. Withdrawal Notification:

• In the event that a student decides to withdraw from the program after it has commenced, it is the responsibility of the student to formally notify the Ashram's administration in writing.

• The date of receipt of the withdrawal notice will be considered as the official withdrawal date for determining the refund eligibility.

3. Non-Transferability:

• The tuition paid for the Yoga Teacher Training Program is non-transferable to other individuals— it is however transferable to a future program with Konalani Yoga Ashram.

4. Exceptions:

• Exceptions to the non-refundable policy may be considered in extreme cases, such as documented medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Such exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Ashram administration.

5. Financial Commitment:

• Students are encouraged to carefully consider their commitment to the program before enrolling, as the tuition is a financial commitment to support the continuity and quality of the training.

By enrolling in the Yoga Teacher Training Program at Konalani Yoga Ashram, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above.
