Online & Hawaii Formats

Complete modules consecutively to finish within a year, or progress at your own pace as needed—there is no time constraint. Each module is available in two formats to support all yogis: (1) Weekly Format meets once a week for eight to nine weeks, and (2) Intensive Format convenes over eight days at various retreat sites in Hawaii. Each online module costs $1,000, and you can receive a $1,000 discount when enrolling in all five modules. Payment plans are offered.

  • To awaken more support, strength, and suppleness in the feet, knees, hips, legs and deep core.

  • To teach all levels of healthy Hip- focused Asanas. Special focus on advanced balancing poses and healthy hip opening, stabilization, and spacious joints.

  • Therapeutic and restorative yoga asanas to address areas of restriction and common imbalances

  • Functional Anatomy of the foot, knee, leg, pelvis and low back.

  • Teaching skills for intermediate and multi-level yoga classes

  • How to develop intuitive movement explorations, intelligent sequences and intermediate yoga classes

  • Pranayama practices that explore the breath as a gateway to deeper states of consciousness

  • ShambhavAnanda Meditation practices to deepen subtle body awareness and connect with cosmic energy, specifically the Turya state of Consciousness that helps us zoom out and witness our lives with grace and ease.

  • Functional Anatomy of the hands, wrist, arms, shoulder, neck, back, and deep core.

  • Teaching skills for intermediate and multi-level yoga classes

  • How to develop intuitive movement explorations, intelligent sequences and intermediate yoga classes

  • Pranayama practices that explore the breath as a gateway to deeper states of consciousness

  • Yoga Philosophy of the koshas, layers of subtle body anatomy, to give us a clear pathway to seamlessly transition from our physical practice to the deepest layers of the Self.
