"I couldn't imagine doing a training anywhere else..."

I couldn't imagine doing a training anywhere else. Satyam and Abhaya have such a sweet, positive, and healing energy around them at all times and the ashram would not be the same without them. The amount of growth in 3 weeks is astounding. I didn't think I would be ready to teach in 3 weeks time, but after completing the training I am more excited than ever to begin teaching! Konalani teaches you deeper layers behind yoga, other than just the asanas themselves. They teach you how to incorporate yoga into your daily life, so when you return home you can carry the natural bliss within your heart in every thing you do. Through yoga classes, meditation, philosophy, and the best meals ever, I was able to successfully become a certified yoga teacher and dive deeper into the path of discovering my true self. :)
