Our ALWAYS LIVE Online Yoga Teacher Training ensures that the experience of a yogic community will forever be a part of your online yoga teacher training experience. It's absolutely essential to have the support of your sangha sisters (and brothers) as you walk the path of your enlightenment, no one does it alone! That's why we begin everyday with a journal exercise, and share our experiences with the group. We also take time to dance, to laugh, to play-- it's something that a pre-recorded training simply can't produce, but we feel is an essential aspect of the ShambhavAnanda Yogic Tradition.

All Yoga Teacher Training Classes Are LIVE ONLINE
7:30- 8:30AM: Practice Teaching Yoga to your fellow students in small groups of 2-3 based on the yoga postures learned the day before
8:30AM-12:00PM: Presentation of New Yoga Content utilizing on-screen yoga presentations, interactive Yoga workbook, Reference manual textbook, and more to ensure absolute retention of Yoga Teacher Training Course Material
12:00PM-1:30PM: Lunch Break
1:30-3:30 PM: Group Mantra practice, Philosophy presentations, Pranayama practice, Guided Meditation
3:30-4:30 PM: Optional Evening Programs such as Kirtan, Satsang and Community Philosophy Discussions
Live Yoga Classes are spaced throughout the training, as well as Library databases full of classes for your continued growth.

8:30A-12:00P | LIVE Online Yoga Asana Workshops with Personal Feedback
Everyday we dive into our specially crafted interactive yoga teacher training workshops that explore yoga asana, dissect the anatomy, and allow you the space to creatively deepen your yoga practice. Utilizing on-screen digital yoga teacher training presentations that correspond to physical in-hand yoga workbooks, we work hard to reach all learning styles with a high degree of comprehension.
We also give every student personalized attention during every yoga workshop to ensure proper alignment and understanding of the yoga teacher training course material. It's our top priority. Because, we believe that to genuinely teach yoga you must first have a profound internal experience. The second half of the training focuses on weaving the Yoga postures together into creative, effective sequences and classes, as well as learning how to integrate your meditation practice into your teaching style and your life.

Each Online Yoga Class experience takes you through an exploration of the body, first building awareness, support, and proper body mechanics, and then allowing you to flow as the mind shuts off and body and breath take over. This progression is a fun and effective way to repattern the body so dormant muscles can awaken and tight muscles can finally release. Your online yoga class experience concludes with surrendering the physical completely and experiencing the subtle body through breathing exercises, meditation, and final relaxation.
Empowered Acharyas Guiding Your Journey
1:30-3:30P | Philosophy, Pranayama and Meditation | (Meditate with us Above)
During your LIVE online yoga teacher training we will unpack philosophy of the ShambhavAnanda Tradition, which reaches back 1,000 years to the Shiva Sutras of Kashmir Shaivism. We will also study more universal yogic texts, such as Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, which were translated for your training by the ShambhavAnanda Yoga school from the original Sanskrit.
Everyday concludes with Meditation, the heart of the ShambhavAnanda Yoga Tradition. You will be guided in practices based on Mantra, the Heart, and the Breath by experienced meditation practitioners who have been given permission to teach meditation by Sri Shambhavananda himself.

Satsang is the ancient yogic practice of questions and answers with an advanced practitioner. Students are encouraged to ask questions about how to incorporate their yoga practice in their life, or how to work more effectively in their meditation practice, and the teacher answers from the heart in a meditative state. The result is a level of energetic and spiritual support that far exceeds anything possible only through the mind. It’s how yogis have been learning and evolving spiritually for thousands of years.
