Guided Practice: Yoga & Bodhichitta
In this section, you’ll find a variety of guided bodhicitta practices led by swamis and acharyas in the Shambhavananda Yoga tradition. The first video offers a yoga sequence designed to prepare the body and breath for meditation, followed by a bodhicitta practice. You’ll also find additional practices led by Faith Stone, Swami RudraniMa, Acharya Abhaya, and Acharya Jatila.
