The circular breath can be a pretty lengthy process to take a student through with our limited time together. That’s why we’ve outlined three different ways you can approach this final presentation and guided meditation class. No matter which option you choose you still have to write your essay, though, and post it below in the comments section.
That said, you can choose to present your essay as usual, and then lead a 5 minute chakra exploration, where you take time with each individual chakra and bring awareness to it. Or you can present your essay and then lead a circular breath meditation, without taking time to breath into each individual chakra, but rather to emphasize the act of bringing one’s attention through the entire circuit.
The last option is for you to post your essay below, but not present the essay, and instead use the entire 10 minutes to do a chakra exploration and circular breath meditation.
