Our Weekly Saturday Class Schedule

The Following schedule details the CONTENT of each of our classes together as well as necessary PREPARATION that is required for participation in that class.


Class 1: Introductions and Discussion of Tapasya
For this class make sure you have done the following preparation:

  1. Read/Commented on “Primary Essay” post for this topic

  2. Read/Commented on “Curated Resources” post for this topic

  3. Read/Commented on “Sankalpa” post for this topic

  4. Write a 5-minute presentation and post it in the comments section of the “Student Essays” blog post, as well as prepared to give this presentation live for feedback

  5. Prepare a 5-minute meditation on the topic, using a Shambhavananda Yoga Meditation Technique from your Level 1 training.


Class 2: Student Presentations/Guided Meditations on the topic of “Tapasya”
For this class make sure you have done the following preparation:

  1. Write a 5-minute presentation and post it in the comments section of the “Student Essays” blog post, as well as prepared to give this presentation live for feedback

  2. Prepare a 5-minute meditation on the topic

Class 3: Discussion on the topic of “Surrender”
For this class make sure you have done the following preparation:

  1. Read/Commented on the “Primary Essay”

  2. Read/Commented on the “Curated Resources” Blog Post

  3. Read/Commented on the “Sankalpa” post on the topic

  4. Meditate daily on this week’s topic both from the “Guided Practice” blog post as well as within your own personal practice.


Class 4: Student Presentations/Guided Meditations on the topic of “Surrender”

Class 9: Graduation Day!

For this class make sure you have done the following preparation:

  1. Read the “Your Sutra” section of the book and write “Your Sutras” for the topics of this training

  2. Post “Your Sutras” in the comments section of the Blog Post

  3. Post a final draft of your best essay in “Best in Show” Blog Post
