For our next class let’s keep it really simple! Plan to guide an 8 minute (or so) breath meditation that helps your students ‘breathe with surrender’ as we have been practicing. It would also be helpful if you prepare to share 1-2 minutes of your experience this week ‘breathing with surrender’— how did it go for you, what did you learn about yourself and your practice? Again, this assignment is meant to be simple and relaxing for all of us— just dive into your breath and find your flow, then share that with us.
