Homework

Wow.. you are all so inspiring!  We are so happy to hear these practices are already benefitting you and your students!

Here are some focal points for the next week:

-Continue slowing down and feeling more, noticing the richness of the present moment.

-Break free of crystallization by Melting & Growing within an individual pose and between poses.  Connect to Cid Rasa- The Dynamic Flowing Essence of Consciousness

-In a moment of challenge, tension, tightness, try bringing in any of our tools (slowing down, rocking, feeling the sensations of the present moment, subtly inflating and deflating) and notice what happens, without ay expectation.

-For anyone that doesn’t love savasana, I invite you to play with side lying savasana to see if that feels more comfortable.  For everyone else, I invite you to play with any of our restorative poses throughout the week especially on days when you don’t feel like you have enough time to do restorative yoga!

The next time we meet, please be prepared to teach the following:

  • 4-5 minutes exploring melting and growing.

  • You can use the exercises we did in class, or maybe you will come up with your own.
