Your homework for this week, is well, first, keep doing what your doing! Let’s keep focusing on self-compassion and compassion for all!

New Focal Points: start to play with noticing the things you “accept and reject” in your day. can you take a breath before you react? how does it change?

Play with this same idea in your yoga practice, especially in the arm lines and the front and back of the body- where do you naturally focus more attention? Can you bring more awareness to the other side of the coin? Can you let the 2 sides dance and play? Feel free to start with the movements we explored together and see how you can bring this dance into other postures and flows (and other activities in your life!)

Next week we will do the same format, 2 minutes sharing, 5 minutes teaching.

Also, we will be spending the next 2 weeks working on poses! I have planned the ones that I think are the best for the group, and this includes some wishes from day one- Please let me know if there is an upper body pose that you are dying to practice. I cannot make any promises, but will definitely keep it in mind as we finalize these last few classes!
