Today’s Yoga Class will focus on Handstand (the majority of class is all levels and actually kicking up into a handstand is optional, so don’t stress it if you don’t feel ready). We will be working on Handstand in class again Thursday and it will be very helpful to have already attended Tuesday’s class. I will send the link tonight for anyone that can’t come live. Additionally on Thursday, we will discuss our peak poses from the last 2 class, Urdhva Dhanurasana (wheel) and Parsva Bakasana (side crow) so please take a moment to look over your notes from those classes so that you can be ready to share your experience and ask any questions that you might have.
