300 Hour Module. Learn to glide effortlessly through your life with buoyant hips and the supple strength of the legs. Find a nourishing sense of center as you rewire your body and deepen your meditation practice.

What You’ll Learn:

  • To awaken more support, strength, and suppleness in the feet, knees, hips, legs and deep core.

  • To teach all levels of healthy Hip- focused Asanas. Special focus on advanced balancing poses and healthy hip opening, stabilization, and spacious joints.

  • Therapeutic and restorative yoga asanas to address areas of restriction and common imbalances

  • Functional Anatomy of the foot, knee, leg, pelvis and low back.

  • Teaching skills for intermediate and multi-level yoga classes

  • How to develop intuitive movement explorations, intelligent sequences and intermediate yoga classes

  • Pranayama practices that explore the breath as a gateway to deeper states of consciousness

  • ShambhavAnanda Meditation practices to deepen subtle body awareness and connect with cosmic energy, specifically the Turya state of Consciousness that helps us zoom out and witness our lives with grace and ease.

  • Each session is like a personal retreat- meditate, practice, learn, and connect!

  • 3 primary meditation practices of the ShambhavAnanda Yoga Tradition: Mantra practice, including multiple Chaitanya (living) Mantras, The Breath, and The heart Chakra.
