Day 12 ∞ Meditation on the Breath
We truly appreciate the time, energy, and sincerity you’ve brought to your journey so far. This effort will go a long way in ensuring that your experience at the ashram is not only the right fit for you—but that you arrive with momentum and clarity, ready to dive in with both feet.
In this lesson, we begin to shift toward the subtle—toward the invisible and sometimes inaudible aspects of our experience, known in yoga as the breath. This movement inward will help deepen your connection to the energetic body, and begin to refine the mind in new and powerful ways. First we introduce the practice, and then we finish by meditating together.
