Today you’ll learn a variety of shorter, simpler pranayamas that are easy to weave into your day whenever you need a moment of centering. Practices like Robin’s Breath, Lion’s Breath, and Candlestick Breath may seem lighthearted or small, but they can be incredibly effective for resetting your nervous system and reconnecting you to your inner space, even when time is limited.
These are great tools to keep in your pocket—perfect for moments when you don’t have time for a full practice but still want to ground yourself through breath.
