Day 8

Today is Big Day— You’re going to learn about the most written about topic in all of Yoga, the Mind. The mind is a slippery slope, it’s often hard to learn about it without getting stuck in it. In the end, the most effective way to learn about the mind is to learn how to quiet the mind through meditation. Which is why today you’ll also be introduced to the lineage practice of ShambhavAnanda Yoga Mantra Meditation. This mantra and practice have been handed down from teacher to student over the past 4 generations, 150 years, of Lineage Masters, and now they are given to you. Before we jump in, though, let’s get moving with some yoga to prepare. Namaste!
