What is MantranŌm?
It’s a simple way to do lots lots lots more mantra during your day! The Manranōm is subtle enough to play in the background of your tasks without being annoying or audibly exhausting. As you let it play, you’ll be amazed at how many mantras you can do in a day— its for real! And every 108 repetitions there a surprise!
The tracks are about an hour, and can run in the background of your apps. That means you can go to a different web page, use a different app, or even click your phone off completely and the MantranŌm will keep playing for you. Just leave the Mantranōm running in your pocket while you do dishes, walk the dog, do yard work, surf the net— and let the mantras roll! The Ganesh Mantranōm is 500 mantras long, the Shiva MantranŌm is 1,000 mantras long. The pace is also optimally set to allow for full concsious breaths after each mantra, so you’ll be good for the long haul!

This first Mantranōm repeats the Ganesh mantra (Om Gam Ganapataye Namaha) one time per breath. This Mantranōm is ideal for playing in the background of your day, as you can easily repeat the mantra and move about your life with plenty of time to breathe.
The Second Mantranōm repeats the Ganesh mantra two times per breath. This is an ideal pace for seated meditation, as you have the focus and the breath flow necessary to repeat the mantra with a little more vigor.

The first Shiva Mantranōm repeats the mantra one time per breath. This makes it ideal for using off your cushion, in the midst of your life, as you are allowed plenty of space to breathe. As you use this mantra in your life, you can mutter it quietly to yourself and let the vibration have the intended internal effect.
The second Shiva Mantranōm repeats the mantra two times per breath, which is more conducive to a seated practice. Allow the mantra to start at the tongue, but feel it in the throat and heart as you get more comfortable with the cadence and rhythm.
