Day 23•Returning to the Mat
Let’s take some time today to jump back on the mat and do some yoga together. It’s always good to reconnect with the physical body, especially as we deepen into more subtle practices.
Remember, the playlist linked below includes over 150 yoga classes, so be sure to click the icon in the top right corner and choose a class that speaks to you—something your body is craving or something new you’re excited to explore.
If time permits, you’re also welcome to continue working with the Puraka Rechaka pranayama and Ham Sah mantra meditation, both guided by Acharya Abhaya. These practices are available below and offer a beautiful way to round out today’s session with subtle inner stillness.
Welcome Back! Let’s pick up Rudi and the Green Apple for another 5 minutes, practice Puraka Rechaka together, and then continue working on our Ham Sah breath meditation.
Journey Question of the Day:
How has it been going paying more attention to your breath during yoga these past few days? How did it help? What was challenging about it? Did it help you move differently? Now that you’ve experimented with it more deeply during yoga, let’s see if you can follow your breath while you read Rudi and the Green Apple tomorrow!
