Day 14 • Deepening the Flow – Nadi Shodhana & Japa

Once again, we’ll begin today with 10 minutes of reading from Spontaneous Recognition by Sri Shambhavananda. This steady rhythm of returning to the teachings each day helps to open the heart and prepare the mind for deeper practice.

You’ll then be guided through an in-depth Nadi Shodhana session with Acharya Satyam. As you revisit this foundational pranayama, notice how repetition builds subtlety and depth. The breath will naturally lead you into a place of stillness, where you can close with Japa meditation using the sacred mantra Om Namah Shivaya.
