Day 15 • The Tension Release Practice

Today we introduce a very special practice passed down from Swami Rudrananda: the Tension Release Practice. This technique is a powerful tool for clearing the subtle residue—what Rudi called “psychic debris”—that can build up through the intensity of meditation and everyday life. Think of it as an inner shower, a cleansing reset for your energetic body.

In the video, you’ll receive a clear explanation of the practice and how it supports your growth as an active meditator. Afterward, you’ll have time to sit and deepen your focus through Japa mantra meditation, helping to integrate the effects of the release.
