Today’s lesson is a special one: a deeper dive into the yogic view of the heart, the nature of tension, and the profound pathway of surrender. This is a fun and insightful teaching that can help you reframe the everyday emotional ups and downs we all experience—and offer a glimpse of what lies beyond them when we practice surrender, not as a concept, but as an embodied path.

We’ll close with a soothing and powerful practice: Japa mantra and a heart-centered meditation led by Acharya Abhaya.
