Day 19 • The Source of Gratitude

Welcome to a very special practice—one that tends to become an instant favorite: the Gratitude Practice. Most of us have heard about the importance of gratitude from one source or another. Maybe you’ve kept a gratitude journal, read the science, or been encouraged to “practice gratitude” more often.

But today, you’ll learn something deeper—an actual energetic practice of gratitude, handed down from Swami Rudrananda. Rather than focusing on external lists, this method helps you connect directly to the source of gratitude within yourself. It’s not just something you express—it’s something you feel and become. This is a practice I personally return to often. It’s powerful, simple, and incredibly nourishing.

Afterward, you’ll move into a gentle Ujjayi pranayama practice with Acharya Satyam, followed by a heart-centering meditation guided by Acharya Abhaya.

Journey Question of the Day:

Is practicing gratitude natural for you, or a struggle? How do you think this practice can help you? What is something that you are grateful for right now?
