Day 3

Now that you’ve completed your 5 minutes of guided movement to unlock the body, breath and nervous system, we can start learning how to pronounce the first few families of our Sanskrit asana names. Today’s meditation is an observation of sound, a practice derived from the Shiva Sutras that tell us to observe our senses in order that we might realize their source. Namaste!
