So now that you’ve gotten moving, we’ll jump into the learning materials. In today’s lesson we’ll begin with an introduction to Sanskrit followed by a new stillness practice based on the breath. Don’t forget to download the PDF at the bottom of this entry for help studying Sanskrit.
